GTMcraft Plays · The Shared AI Context Play

Everyone has AI and nobody shares what they taught it; these five steps make the motion run the same whoever is at the keyboard.

The 90-second read

Everyone on your team now has AI. Each of them built a private habit with it. So the tool did not make the motion consistent. It made every rep faster at their own version of it. The fix is not another seat. The fix is one shared context your whole team reads before any AI task, and one owner who keeps it current.

Read time: about 5 minutes. First step runnable Monday morning.

The #1 move this week

Put your team's shared context in one place and name one owner for it.

An AI workflow with no shared context runs at a fraction of what it could. The context is the team asset, not the model. Start with one file and one owner, prove it, then add the rest. This is boring and it is the whole game.

Start here: open one doc, write four file names, and fill the first one, who wins and who does not, from your last 20 closed-won deals. You need those deals and 30 minutes.

Ignore this week: buying another AI seat or testing a new model. The context is the lever, not the model.
