Your outbound is more sends from every rep improvising; set one tight sequence standard the whole team runs.

The 90-second read

Volume is not a strategy, and it is not a standard either. When every rep improvises their own outbound, you do not have a motion, you have noise. AI made sending free, so more sends just gets ignored faster and burns your domain. The owner's job is not to send more. It is to set one sequence standard the team runs, then hold it. A codified four-sentence email on trigger accounts beats ten rep versions every time.

Read time: about 5 minutes. First step runnable Monday morning.

The #1 move this week

Write down the one outbound sequence your whole team should run, then check what they actually send.

Most teams never wrote the standard, so every rep runs a private version. Pull 20 live sends from across the team this week. If no two look alike, you have no standard, you have improvisation dressed as volume. The gap between what you meant and what they send is your first fix.

Start here: export 20 recent outbound sends from your sequencer, across every rep. Read them side by side. You need one hour and admin access.

Ignore this week: do not add reps, steps, or a new sequencer. Set the standard first, then run it.
